In Hebrow and in English, the Wikipedia UI looks outdated like opening a real encyclopedia that is 50 years old. I suggest to make changes to the interface to make it look modern. A few ideas would be changing some fonts and colors. I wanna say that we have to make it more informative in such a way that the main contents about the topic shall have shown in a tab. This tab contain all the important information about that topic. For e.g our topic is Sun, now what we have to do is that we have to add all facts in a single tab in form of table such as Size - 695,000 km and many more data like Physical Characterstics, Orbital and Observational data. This tab shall cover all the main facts about sun. Information shall be easy because a 12grade student open Sun's page on Wiki and he/she ain't know much more about Sun. If he/she opens that page and the Limuniosty, Declination, Obliquity etc. will be shown at the top of the page and he/she ain't know anything about that it make a small impact on him/her that this isn't a basic source of info. about Sun. But if we put the basic info. about Sun at the top instead of such things. The basic include Sun's Radius, Distance from Earth, Weight, Orbital speed etc. these all things are basics and now he/she can gather all the bacis info. about Sun from there. After that he/she will move ahead to gather more info. Now that is the right place to put such things (Declination, Eccentricity etc.) because without basic everything is squander. I'm not saying that you method is wrong but it has limitations, which should be fixed....

In 2013, the cellular provider Orange extended mobile access to Wikipedia to all their customers in the Middle East and Africa by waiving data charges for users. In response to this exciting new avenue for free online information, the Botswana-UPenn Partnership (BUP) Health Informatics Program and the University of Botswana (UB) have partnered in a 3 phase study investigating Wikipedia as an mHealth tool.The purpose is to evaluate the quality and content of Wikipedia articles related to HIV/AIDS topics and update those pages so that medical students, healthcare professionals, and the general public will have access to online information that is not only accurate, but also relevant to low-resource settings such as Botswana. The Wikipedia article evaluations and revisions will be conducted by volunteer medical students, residents, and healthcare professionals.n addition, UB and BUP researchers have been working with UB librarians to found "Wikipedia Wednesdays," a bi-monthly occurring extracurricular organization in which volunteer Batswana librarians, faculty, and students edit and upload articles to Wikipedia. The launch date of Wikipedia Wednesdays is Wednesday, March 11 and will begin with librarian training on how to edit and upload articles to Wikipedia. Subsequent sessions will focus on training volunteers, uploading the revisions from the Wikipedia Article Evaluation Workshop, creating a Wikipedia page and links for medical terminology Setswana translations, and translating Wikipedia pages to Setswana. The goal is to create awareness about Wikipedia and foster a culture of Wikipedia article editing to enhance online information specific to Botswana and Africa. With increased awareness we also hope to eventually incorporate Wikipedia article editing into the curriculum....

I already established an associations of users on meta wiki which called as Association of Wikipedians Who Dislike Clash of Civilizations in Wikipedia. But it wasn't successful to reach its goals. Its goals was making a place to make dialogue, not to clash. I know sometimes an Azerbaijani Wikipedian trying to show "Median Empire/People" as a Turkic one or a Kurdish as a Kurdish. Even though the reality was anything else (Ancient Indo-Iranian People). So the question is: "what should we do?". I respond: "that we must act and let knowledge be Neutral, regardless of the any ethnicity, religion, or belief. We must made a place to make dialogue among users who are in different position and with "Neutral" admins make sure them write and build a real encyclopedia. A WikiDialogue like a formal tehouse and/or Association (A place between both of them) can help us to resolve problem of Edit-Clashes in a formal way and find/search for real errors in the multi-language articles. Sometimes certain people try to (mis)utilize Wikipedia by creating articles for themselves or their company without having a fair idea about what Wikipedia is really about. Needless to say that they have no idea about notability issues and guidelines. Worse still, there are some who try to use Wikipedia for advertisement and do not understand the neutrality principles of Wikipedia. As a result of such attempts, such articles eventually get deleted by the admins and bureaucrats on Wikipedia. But does that really solve the problem? The ignorant users (who create such articles) remain ignorant and reattempt creating such articles although without any success. My proposal is that rather than deleting such articles, they be moved to Wikipedia Article Incubator wherein the users contributing to such articles are intimidated about the exact parameters that need to be fulfilled in order to get the article(s) live. Meanwhile, if proper guidance is provided to those editors, they can meaningfully integrate themselves as credible Wikipedians....

"Drama triangle" theory should be updated in whole world psychology on internet and stress out to benefit a victim and restrict an initial abuser. Articles about drama triangles are too much "doggy" and written as they deem on somebody personally. It is important to deal per equity and to see who is in the worse state. I'm not sure who can see whose points, I do know users can see their own point totals but not who sent them....

If we consider all registered have a reputation to protect and anonymous users not caring as much, then by delaying the public publication of a page that has been edited by an anonymous user the heat may be taken out of the issue. The edited page is made available only to registered users, anonymous users only see the public page. If the delay is say 1 hour, which will give registered users the window to look at the page and edit it to make it fit for publication, which because they are a registered user will be instantaneous. Registered users who abuse the system can be IP tracked and blocked....

Some people will always treat other people badly and there is effectively nothing that can be done to change this reality. It's human nature and it's not some sort of aberrant behavior for it falls well within the parameters of the "normal" human behavior. However, the bullying can be moderated and reduced with a comprehensive, coherent approach to the problem (like remedial carrot-and-stick measures etc.,). In my humble opinion, the best way to moderate cyberbullying is by making cyberbullying as unpleasant as possible for the person doing the bullying (I know it from my own 7 years’ experience with cyberbullying). There has got to be a "real", but reasonable price to pay for messing around with other people....

There is a group of users who actually harass others, yet manage to do so pretending they are actually not doing. A common approach would be to flood the talk page with criticism on relatively minor glitches (say "you made the grammar error, you have made the second edit to correct it, grammar errors are bad, repetitive edits also, and this is already not the first time I am reporting this to you"). That are they waiting for is to provoke a few words of angry reaction - they they are victims, and report being so in all possible places over the project. They also carefully check the edit history of the actual victim, watching for already reverted issues and tend to declare that saying "sorry" is never enough (as this would end they attack)....

Es ist wirklich faszinierend. Dieser Vorwurf, das schlimme Klima wäre an alle schuld, oder die geringe Zahl an weiblichen Autoren, kam auf Seiten der Wikimedia Foundation auf, als die Beträge mit denen man jonglierte Größer wurden. Die Sichtweise, daß die angeblich von so vielen herbei gesehnte heile Welt der US-amerikanischen Political Correctness, sei das einzig zu erstrebende Ideal bindet in sich ganz automatisch die Unterdrückung jeglicher anderer Meinung. Für mich ist das alles nur ein Versuch, projektinterne Oppositionen entfernen zu können. Wie in der großen Politik, da nennt man es "Terrorismus". Alles was einem nicht gefällt brandmarkt man als Terrorismus. Bei Wikipedia ist es dann eben "Harrasment". Und da eine durchs Dorf getriebene Sau nicht reicht, findet man auch noch den "Gender gap". Nicht aber richtigerweise, weil uns damit gut 50% der möglichen Autoren abgehen, sondern weil in sexistischer Weise behauptet wird, nur Frauen könnten "Frauenthemen" adäquat behandeln. Die meisten Wikipedia-Frauen die ich kenne gaben aber gar kein Interesse an Frauenpoltik, Mode oder daran nur Artikel über Frauen zu schreiben. Die sind - in ihren Fachbereichen - offen für alles. Letztlich muß aber auch her die böse Umgangsform her halten, um das Phänomen der fehlenden Frauen zu erklären. Da es offenbar zu schwierig wäre, korrekterweise zu konstatieren daß fehlende Frauen multikausale Gründe hat, wird ein Grund gesucht und gefunden, mit dem man zusätzlich noch einen Geschlechterkrieg anzetteln kann. Es sind natürlich immer böse Männer. Kann ja nicht sein, daß Männer sich ebenso von schlechtem Verhalten abgestoßen fühlen und daß Frauen massiv austeilen können....

Wenn hier jemand unsauber in Wikipedia hineinschreibt, sollte der Text vom Team, dass Wikipedia verwaltet, erst einmal geprüft werden, ich habe so etwas allerdings noch nicht gelesen, aber dann wäre es vielleicht auch sinnvoll, den Text direkt während des Schreibens schon geprüft werden, und anstösssige Wörter mit Sternchen versehen werden, damit es dem Schreiber sofort auffällt. Lässt er es dabei, sollte man ihn verwarnen, dass, wen so etwas noch einmal vorkommt, sein Profil sofort gelöscht wird, einschließlich Foto und allen Schreiben, die er erstellt hat....

Ich habe eine neue Idee für ein neues Wikiprojekt mit dem Titel "Wikijournal", denn auch ich war jetzt ziemlichen Belästigungen und Anfeindungen im Wikibooks ausgesetzt, weil ich immer wieder auf eine bestimmte neue Form hinasuwollte, ein Journal mit Linkschema, dass bei Wikibooks nicht zulässig ist... Und genau für diese neue Form, in der Wikilinks in systematischer Form zusammengetragen werden - das ganze soll aussehen wir ein Journal - könnte wirklich ein Mittel leigen, hier ehebliche Entlastung zu schaffen... Wie gesagt, ich nenne dieses Projekt "Wikijournal"... Für Fragen stehe ich jeder Zeit zru Verfüngugn......
