There should be a kind of hierarchical ordering of editors; from recently joined editors to those who have been with Wikipedia for a long time. This hierarchy should also come with tasks according to their difficulties. New editors should only be allowed to edit simple pages that will grant them access to navigate and familiarize with the terrain first.
