Policies and guidelines as well as dispute/ban processes should be global, 1 set of rules for all projects, 1 path to resolve disputes regardless of which project it occurred.

Every wikimedia project has its own set of rules, guidelines, and it's own way of dealing with disputes between users, unblock/unban requests.
Every wikimedia project should conform the the same rules and guidelines. And a clear funnel for dealing with all types of disputes should be developed and defined as the singular avenue for dealing with disputes on any wiki project.
Goals edit
- Unify all guidelines and policies to the main Wikimedia site.
- remove all guidelines and policies from separate projects, redirect to Wikimedia.
- unify the dispute resolution process to Wikimedia.

Oppose But.. why? You're saying "one size fits all". Is this true? I have my doubts. I don't mind encouraging some uniformity, but let it develop organically as each community sees fit instead of top-down enforcing blanket rules and procedures that may not be ideally suited for the specific type of disputes and harassment that arise on specific Wikimedia websites. --Doveofsymplegades (talk) 08:52, 10 June 2016 (UTC)
