What is the problem you're trying to solve? edit
Often, there will be WikiBullies who enjoy personally attacking other editors, which is highly disruptive. Many times, harassers will use curse words in speeches such as "F--- YOU!", "Go to Hell, you miserable son of a b----!", and "You PO*!" (which means "piece of s---") in order to successfully personally attack others, and, often, they will come up with insults such as "You [insulting word]!", "You are a(n) [insulting word].", and "Kill yourself." that are not quite swear words but that are just as likely to offend (and therefore likely to harass), but, on other occasions, they will add edit summaries that are offensive or can tell readers that the editors of the edits were purposefully intending to harass, but many of these incidents could be instantly resolved by my solution.

The likely successful solution for the issue is a bot for detecting such edits; this gives administrators and other editors a noticeable route to quickly finding likely edits without having to just browse Wikipedia and be notified of such incidents.
