What is the problem you're trying to solve? edit
We need more teachers to get involved in Wikipedia community but they are resisting and sticking to the old system.
What is your solution? edit
Case studies: -showing them good examples -telling them inspiring stories Disrupting the old system: -broadening the word "education" -changing the rules of the government -integrating Wikipedia in the syllabus Benefits of Wikipedia for teachers: - making them "cool" teachers - providing replacement of their other work - making it part of the teacher accreditation process Benefits for students: -Students will write something useful for the society -it gets students excited and motivated - give students ready tools - creating an easy program plan
