editWe need more teachers to get involved in Wikipedia community but they are resisting and sticking to the old system.
What is your solution?
editCase studies: -showing them good examples -telling them inspiring stories Disrupting the old system: -broadening the word "education" -changing the rules of the government -integrating Wikipedia in the syllabus Benefits of Wikipedia for teachers: - making them "cool" teachers - providing replacement of their other work - making it part of the teacher accreditation process Benefits for students: -Students will write something useful for the society -it gets students excited and motivated - give students ready tools - creating an easy program plan
