Personal info: Hello folks! This is my third confirmation.
This year I have been really busy with real life developments (changed my undergrad, started doing some research in the new one), and so I wasn't nearly as active as I'd hoped to be. In my bouts of activity, I tackled the SRG backlogs, blocked some more proxies, but I've stopped blocking the P2P ones. I've also submitted a couple more commits to the code we use, including a new (pending) special page that is going to really help our workflow when finally approved. Despite my low activity, I think the work I did was positive, and thus I hope to be reconfirmed for one more year, where I do plan on fixing my schedules to allow me to properly engage with the projects. Quest'anno sono stato molto impegnato a causa di alcuni cambiamenti nella vita reale (ho cambiato il mio corso di laurea, ho iniziato a fare alcune ricerche in quello nuovo), e quindi non sono stato così attivo come speravo di essere. Nei miei periodi di attività, ho gestito gli arretrati su SRG, bloccato altri proxy, ma ho smesso di bloccare quelli P2P. Ho anche inviato un altro paio di commit al codice che utilizziamo, inclusa una nuova pagina speciale (in attesa) che aiuterà davvero il nostro flusso di lavoro, una volta approvata. Nonostante la mia bassa attività, penso che il lavoro svolto da me sia stato positivo, e quindi spero di essere riconfermato per un altro anno, nel quale ho intenzione di stabilire i miei orari, in modo da potermi impegnarmi adeguatamente con i progetti. Remove per concerns below. According to stewardstats, Tks4Fish made 1,676,843 IP global blocks in 2022. If he is going to make so many global blocks but then barely respond to messages on his talk page from those who are affected by them then that's a major problem. --Ferien (talk) 17:07, 6 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'm pretty sure stewards have collectively decided to stop automatically mirroring the enwiki proxy blocks, so this number does not reflect the present situation at least. ~~~~

Looking back at logs, the last mirrors of enwiki proxy blocks Tks4Fish made were in August 2022, however the only two requests regarding open proxy blocks Tks4Fish actually responded to on his talk page were from July 2022 and April 2022. If you are going to make any proxy blocks, you need to be able to respond to users' questions about them... this is especially the case if you are blocking hundreds of thousands of them, which is what he was doing at the time. --Ferien (talk) 21:40, 6 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I still have not been able to fully understand the responsibilities/situation, and it may be that Tks4Fish changed its practices during the year (and if this is the case, I am glad), but this steward gave me far too much work during the last year, to try to address the complains of all the editors blocked by ripple effect and left standing dry with neither easy solution nor an answer to address their concerns.
