Thanks and Steward Recommendation

Hello, Thank you for your efforts in dealing with the vandalism.

I understand that Mtarch11 is currently a global administrator, but personally I would like him to also be a steward. If he becomes a steward, I hope that global locks and other things will be able to be done more quickly. I will vote for Mtarch11 if he runs for steward in the future.
