Personal info: I was elected a steward in 2007. 2020 has been a tough year for many of us. I had to find some onwiki activity to cover the many offwiki activities which used to keep me motivated. I found it in categorization and structured data on Wikimedia Commons and Wikidata. Hence, also my activities as a steward dropped a bit. However, I found some more motivation for steward activities some months ago. My main focus of steward activities changed a couple of times, and so I still help fight some long-time vandals and be available for various tasks. I try to help out in the background with my long-time experience and reach out to our partners. For example, I am one of the co-organizers of the Wikimedia Stewards User Group which I helped set up, and wrote the report for our 2020 activities. Since I got my IRC client fixed, I returned to a more active level there, too. With having these things on my table, I still think that I can enrich this group. I still enjoy playing a part in the stewards group although I am not anymore one of their most active members and I would like to provide my service once again. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Informationen zur Person: Im Jahr 2007 wurde ich zum Steward gewählt. 2020 war ein hartes Jahr für viele von uns. Auch ich musste ein paar mehr Onwiki-Aktivitäten finden, um die Lücken der Offwiki-Aktivitäten, die mich in den letzten Jahren motiviert hatten, zu schließen. Dies habe ich in der Kategorisierung und in Strukturierten Daten auf Wikimedia Commons und Wikidata. Aus diesem Grund sind auch meine Stewardaktivitäten ein wenig zurückgegangen. Ich fand jedoch vor einigen Monaten wieder mehr Motivation auch für Steward-Aktivitäten. Es haben sich zwar über die Jahre meine Schwerpunkte bei den Stewardaktivitäten gewandelt, nun habe ich ich wieder mehr Langzeit-Vandalismus bekämpft und nebenbei noch andere Tätigkeiten übernommen. Ich helfe noch immer insbesondere aufgrund meiner langjährigen Erfahrungen aus und stehe im Austausch mit unseren Partnern. Zum Beispiel bin ich einer der Mitverantwortlichen der Wikimedia Stewards User Group, bei deren Gründung ich mitgeholfen habe und deren Bericht für 2020 ich geschrieben habe. Seitdem ich meinen IRC-Client korrigiert habe, bin ich auch dort wieder aktiver geworden. Mit all diesen verschiedenen Aufgaben noch auf meinem Tisch denke ich, dass ich auch weiterhin die Gruppe bereichern kann. Mir macht es noch immer Freude, meinen Teil zur Stewardgruppe beizutragen, auch wenn ich nicht mehr eines der aktivsten Mitglieder bin. Ich möchte erneut meine Unterstützung anbieten und danke im Voraus für das Feedback.

Személyes információk: Anno 2007-ben választottak helytartóvá. 2020 sokunk számára kemény év volt. A wikin kívüli, engem eddig lelkesítő dolgok helyett a wikin kerestem valami elfoglaltságot – ezt a kategorizálásban és adatstrukturálásban találtam meg a Commonson és a Wikidatán. Ennél fogva a helytartói aktivitásom egy kicsit visszaesett, de néhány hónapja újra több motivációt érzek rá, hogy csináljam. A fő aktivitási területem néhányszor már változott, de rendelkezésre állok a különféle feladatok elvégzésére, és fellépek a visszatérő vandálok ellen. Az összegyűjtött tapasztalatommal igyekszem a háttérből segédkezni, illetve kapcsolatokat építeni. Például többekkel együtt szervezem a helytartók felhasználói csoportját a Wikimédián (Wikimedia Stewards User Group), illetve segítettem ennek létrehozását, továbbá megírtam a 2020-as működési beszámolónkat is. Mióta az IRC-kliensem helyrehoztam, ott is újra aktívabb vagyok. Mindent egybevéve még mindig úgy érzem, hogy hasznos tagja tudok lenni ennek a csapatnak. Továbbra is élvezem, hogy szerepet vállalhatok a helytartók között, és még ha már nem is én vagyok az egyik legaktívabb közöttük, egy újabb évre felajánlanám szolgálataimat. Keep According to logs and loginwiki statistics, the least active steward in 2020 (there are around 100-200 actions). But he tried to be an active user on Meta and other wikis. I can ignore his low performance this year, because he is a long-term steward.   - I have already made my comment by logs and statistics. It is clear that DerHexer is 2020's the least active steward. Already I support him in my comment. Inactive stewards, normally close to the number of transactions DerHexer made as a steward, they weren't supported in the past years. see Stewards/Confirm/2020/There'sNoTime There'sNoTime had made 100 actions and 113 loginwiki CUs in 2019 as a steward.     - It's crazy because it feels like much (!) more activity. But maybe my feelings are irritated by the bunch of emails which I've send to stewards-l since last election, the plenty of video calls I have joint to interact with the group, the co-maintenance of the IRC bots and such. I'm not a huge fan of spambot fighting anymore in a proactive way because it consumes so much time when the actual harm is not very clear. Instead, I try to step in when I see actual abuse happening but due to an increased load at work and challenges with my IRC client, I couldn't monitor as in previous years; quite often, other stewards who do not seem to be covered by such workload, tend to be a little faster then. I do know that the blank log numbers are an indicator for activity but not only. It's not untrue that I prefer to work more in the background where I am still quite responsive but my activities are less visible. However, I would try to give some additional emphasis on log actions for next year (ironically, I just had the chance to do that some days ago).       - As I said, the statistics are clear. Also everyone was surprised last year because of this coronavirus. This affected most stewards either negatively or positively (free time for on-wiki, off-wiki or real life). Since you are a good steward for years, I can ignore your low public activity as a steward this year. As you said, you can be an active steward in the background.
