Permanent semi-protection of Discord francophone/Charte edit

I was only thinking of the recommendation: the following are usually fully protected for an indefinite period of time […]: Pages that are very visible and not specifically to vandalism. For the Help:Introduction, I was doing a comparison on the protection level (SP). It's not a law of course, but it's still rules based on UCoC (which is protected). Request for patroller right edit

To make it easier to deal with trolls on the meta, I request the right to become a Patroller. I am a Commons Patroller.   Not done. I am happy to see @Sai10ukazuki your willingness to help out on meta, but as far as I see you have no undos here as well as no deletion taggings. I will suggest patrolling first without the patrol right - i.e. normal undo, deletion taggings etc. There is slight differences here and on commons, so some experience will be better. But what I can grant and had granted is autopatrol which I think you will be okay with. Hey folks, we have just added bot rights to the above account as part of staff userrights assignment. However, we wanted to leave a note here as well since assigning bot rights is not a common occurrence. Request for Patroller rights edit

  Leaning oppose I'm a bit concerned by a couple of things here:
  1. Requesting the same right for the second time, without addressing "what went wrong in the last request" (which is especially important, considering the last request is less than a month old)
  2. You requested several permissions in the last month or so.
  3. Your two last requests of rollback were not successful at hi.wikipedia (your home wiki).
That said, I didn't see any significant issues in your reverts at Meta-Wiki, so not a full oppose.

@Martin Urbanec Recently they ask me to assess their development on meta via email, I had replied them on wiki. I think patroller do require some understanding of what is acceptable here on meta and what's not, so some of the recently declined CSD worry me a little. Although CSD tagging doesn't require patrolling rights but isn't that somewhat a core function of patroller (to patrol things). One more issue is their lack of summaries in the undo, undos aren't rollback and some sort of communication will be more desired, unless LTA/Vandalism only account etc. Even some vandals can be stopped with some sort of education. More on the linked talkpage diff above. I know when it comes to patroller I am one of the strictest admin in granting, so just take this 2 cents with a heavy pinch of salt. @Aviram7 Namaste! Level of trust on users may vary depending on the rights they hold here and on other wikis, but that is not the single deciding factor. You already have a significant amount of rights as an editor. These rights are not meant to be level-ups, instead, they are just tools to assist you in your work. I had to write a report requesting a temporary or long-term block of a formerly trusted user ON the project. The contribution of this user on the meta is completely unacceptable. In recent months, they had created countless RFCs involving personal attacks and trolling. Such as,

  • Requests for comment/Admin behavior on ruwiki ‎
  • Requests for comment/Crimean Tatar coverage on ruwiki ‎
  • Requests for comment/Concerning sentiments in a particular wiki
  • Requests for comment/Nazis in Ukrainian Wikipedia
