Global sysops/Speedy delete requests

The update of this page leaves a version every time, moreover this is always 1 hour delayed and it is not actually to. Therefore, I suggest that we ‘discontinuing’ this page and refer to my toolforgetool, this can be filtered and the data is updated every 30 minutes. Hey, i came across one of your tool, IP Watcher which requires logging in, i tried to login but because the application was not registered on the Wikimedia oauth application i can't use/access the tool.
