Meta-Wiki has a small active community. When a normal user requires the assistance of an administrator or bureaucrat for some particular task, it is not always easy to find one. This page helps users find one when they need one; asking specific admins directly via their talk pages is one way to elicit a fast response. It is only for assistance required at Meta-Wiki, help for other wikis needs to be requested at those wikis.

Reporting a Universal Code of Conduct violation

edit

After reading the UCoC enforcement guidelines page I believe this is the correct place to report this, if not please let me know if there is a more general noticeboard for admins etc. I experienced some Universal Code of Conduct violations and I would like to report them. I outline them at Meta:Babel#Universal_Code_of_Conduct_violations_on_the_Meta_page_for_the_WMF_board_elections. If you could reply there so everything is in one place that would be really appreciated.

Thanks very much

This is the better venue for dealing with user conduct complaints. The other thread contained:

To the best of my understanding the correct way to report Universal Code of Conduct violations is on the noticeboard for the wiki. I would like to report several UCoC violations which happened on Meta here including people claiming I was 'trying to be offended', being 'outrageous' and that I was attempting 'voter intimidation' by highlighting what I think is pretty clear racism against a candidate in the WMF board elections process.

Thank you very much for putting it in the right place. John Cummings (talk) 12:23, 6 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
