Personal info: As usual during mid winter I'm not so active, though I'm still interested in continuing serving as a steward. Currently my main goal here is the creation of a wizard in order to address globally blocked users issues. This year I've tried to move this kind of communication to OTRS, while I was able to successful move most of the workflow over there, still issues are way too much slow to be solved.

Al momento il mio principale obiettivo da queste parti è quello di creare un percorso guidato per gli utenti bloccati globalmente. Neutral Although Vituzzu recently explained his long-term project here, which sounds worthwhile, I have not seen any explanation for his leaving very many unblock requests unanswered on his talk page.
