Personal info: I've been a Wikimedian since October 2006 and have completed seven terms as a steward. I'm saying the same thing as last year: I believe I continue to have a record of attracting no controversy, both as a Steward and in my work on my main content projects (the English Wikipedia and Wikibooks). I've maintained a steady activity level throughout the year with the exception of a dip in late March / April caused by being responsible for business continuity planning in my day job - something that the pandemic made rather time consuming. I am active most days checking on the night's spamming attempts which is my main area of activity. I'm happy to continue and believe I have maintained an adequate level of activity and competence. I have no reason to believe anything will change during 2021 except I might get more time when we finally get some normality back into life.

Személyes információk: 2006 óta vagyok aktív a Wikimédia-projektekben és ez volt a hetedik ciklusom intézőként. Ugyanazt tudom mondani, mint múlt évben: úgy hiszem, hogy a tevékenységem nem szült vitákat sem intézőként, sem a saját wikijeimben (angol Wikipédia és Wikikönyvek). Az év folyamán végig folyamatosan jelen voltam. Az aktivitásom csak késő márciusban és áprilisban csökkent, mivel a rendes munkám, ami az üzleti tervezés területén van, a járvány miatt sokkal több időt igényelt. A legtöbb nap itt vagyok, és az éjszakai spam-szűréssel foglalkozom, ami az elsődleges tevékenységem. Szívesen folytatnám, és úgy hiszem megfelelő szintű aktivitást mutattam és az ügyekben az elvárható kompetenciával jártam el. Nincs okom rá, hogy azt higgyem, hogy 2021 bármiben is más lesz, bár ha az élet egyszer végre visszaáll majd a rendes kerékvágásba, valószínűleg több időm lesz.

Question Hi, the discussion at Requests for comment/Site-wide administrator abuse and WP:PILLARS violations on the Croatian Wikipedia has been pending a close for the entirety of the last term, and has not had any Steward significantly discuss with the participants its status, despite a couple of requests and the more recent passing of the meta closure of rfc policy. Could you explain why a) you and b) the Stewards as a whole, failed to close (and, as applicable, execute, it)? As a connected point to the most likely answers (too complicated, insufficiently clear remedies, not in remit, etc) could you clarify both why it/they apply but also why you/the Stewards didn't make that known to every participant and ask for specific actions taken to make it possible for the Stewards to act on it, despite the insane timescale?
