Personal info: Hey folks, I have been a steward for the past 2 years and this is my second confirmation. Although I was not very active like I did in my first year but nevertheless I was mainly active in handling anti-vandalism, spams, LTA, userright, rename etc. You can also check my activity graph, action and CheckUser statistics on loginwiki. I’m fairly present in multiple IRC channels including #cvn-sw, #wikimedia-gs, #wikimedia-admin & #wikimedia-stewards under the nick NahidSultan or Lord_Voldemort. Meh--Heavily un-satisfied with recent interactions at bn-wiki (his local wiki):--
- After I posted a stub about an Olympian athlete at bn.wiki, he chimed in at my t/p and claimed that any stub article can be deleted, simply because it is a stub.
- Whilst that is a bad policy for editor retention (IMO), it can be a valid local policy.
- So, I accordingly asked him to cite evidences of or link the policy/guideline behind his words.He failed to do the same and later seemed to be evasive saying that he would shortly launch a discussion about initiating the policy.
- Whilst I manged to get a pseudo-retraction from him, a newbie would have just left the site, being disillusioned.

- Clarification from my part: It's just that, in Bangla Wikipedia, generally, less than one/two lines articles or articles with less than two/three paragraphs are deleted. I only notified him about it and didn't take any action myself. I explicitly mentioned him that it's a general practice among editors (established after this discussion and a couple of other discussions in the past), not an official policy.   - A cursory Bengali translate will show that it was a message from Nahid to other users urging them to avoid slapping deletion tags on articles that are very new and may not seem to be immediately notable, on the articles from editathon.It is something very similar to the themes of the one at en:WP:CASD.And that was not some discussion/setting-up of policy.Winged Blades of Godric (talk) 11:19, 11 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
    - Unlike enwiki, most wikis don't have an explicit policy for everything and actually decide quite a bit by convention rather than discussion. Do you have any substantive concerns about his use of the steward tools, or any local issues that may affect his trustworthiness in general?
