ಚಳುವಳಿ ಸನ್ನದು ಎಂಬುದು ಚಳುವಳಿ ಆಡಳಿತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೊಸ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಂಡಳಿಯನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವುದು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿಕಿಮೀಡಿಯಾ ಚಳುವಳಿ′ಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಘಟಕಗಳು, ಅವುಗಳ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯಾನಿಸಲು ಇರುವ ಒಂದು ದಾಖಲೆ.

ಚಳುವಳಿಯ ಸನ್ನದಿನ "ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ನಿರ್ಣಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾನತೆ ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ" ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತದೆ:
- ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಂಡಳಿ, ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಷಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು, ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸ ಘಟಕಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಚಳುವಳಿಯ ರಚನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು, ತತ್ವಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನೀತಿ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಅಡಿಪಾಯವನ್ನು ಹಾಕುವುದು

- ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳು ಹೇಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಹೇಗೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯಾನಿಸುವುದು.
