Hello, I'm Alaa (In Arabic: علاء), a native Arabic and near native English speaker. Everyday I do a lot of cross-wiki tasks but several times I want to preform administrative actions on Meta out of acceptable ones, so I'm asking other meta sysops via IRC mainly (or email sometimes). I do a lot of tasks on Meta related to Arabic stuff, like arranging pages that related to Arab region Wikimedia user groups (especially Wikimedians of the Levant, Arab Wikimedians Committee and WikiArabia). Also a lot of arwiki users talk to me about issues on meta that require a meta sysop, especially users who can't speak English, they are requesting meta sysop actions (like deleting their user pages, or delete revisions with acceptable reasons), I'm asking for those actions on IRC mainly. So I'd like to request adminship at Meta.
