Hello தகவலுழவன்! Thanks for updating the ta/தமிழ் translation. In the future, however, could you please update the translation status? To do this, just change {{cn translation status|ta|published}}
to {{cn translation status|ta|ready}}
. This tells us that you made changes and the translation is "ready" for republishing. Thanks again! Cbrown1023 talk 21:34, 15 January 2010 (UTC)

A barnstar for you!
editDear translator, with this barnstar the Community Liaisons would like to express their gratitude for your outstanding contributions to the recent 2nd VisualEditor Translathon. The initiative was really successful and we hope you enjoyed participating as much as we enjoyed organizing it! If you're looking for a new opportunity to translate VE-related content, please join translators working on the August's issue of the VisualEditor multilingual newsletter, which will be widely delivered at the end of this workweek. Among other things, this month it features the names of the top contributors for the Translathon ;) Again, thanks a lot for your help! —Elitre (WMF) and Trizek (WMF), 15:24, 10 August 2015 (UTC)
- PS: Here are some instructions. Please go to the translation page: your language should be available from the drop-down menu on the right. Once you've selected it, you'll see the document in English side by side with any translation work already done in your language. You can add new translations or modify existing ones.
- PPS: We are maintaining a list of editors who have worked on VE-related content (such as newsletters). We only use it to notify them of translation opportunities, to make sure they don't miss Translathons, etc. If you would like messages like this one to be delivered on your talk page at a different WMF project, need any help with translations related to VisualEditor or would like to remove your name from that list, please contact Elitre directly.

Translation help?
editHi.
You, and some other users, are getting this message because you've previously translated from English to Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil or Telugu here on Meta. The Community Engagement department at the Wikimedia Foundation is trying to get some information we think is very relevant to the Indian communities translated into these languages. If you have the time and would be willing to help out, please take a look at User:CKoerner (WMF)/Support for our communities across India, which we'll be posting as soon as possible.
Thank you. /Johan (WMF) 11:40, 17 July 2019 (UTC)
The TWUG on space.wmflabs.org
editHello Info-farmer
A few months ago, WMF opened a new discussion space. Since our user group has some difficulties to communicate (not everyone sees the messages that are posted on Talk:Wiktionary/Tremendous_Wiktionary_User_Group), I asked for a dedicated forum for the TWUG to be opened. It's happening here (there is no topic so far).
From now on, I invite you to follow the category to be informed as soon as a new topic is created. Pamputt (talk) 18:59, 16 September 2019 (UTC)
Community Wishlist Survey 2020
editHello!
You are getting this message because you've previously participated in the Community Wishlist Survey, in either the Wikisource or Wiktionary categories. I wanted to let you know that this year's survey is now open for proposals. You can suggest technical changes until November 11. Unlike previous years, we are only accepting proposals for non-Wikipedia content projects with no dedicated teams (i.e., Wikibooks, Wiktionary, Wikiquote, Wikisource, Wikiversity, Wikispecies, Wikivoyage, and Wikinews). You can learn more on the survey page.
You can vote on proposals from November 20 to December 2. To keep the number of messages at a reasonable level, I won't send out a separate reminder to you about that. We look forward to your participation. Thank you! IFried (WMF) (talk) 18:52, 22 October 2019 (UTC)
Thank you and Happy Diwali
editCommunity Tech Launches Wikisource Improvement Initiative
editHello,
We hope you are all healthy and safe in these difficult times.
The Community Tech team has just launched a new initiative to improve Wikisource. We have created the first project (Improve ebook exports), which came out of the 2020 Community Wishlist Survey. We now invite you to share your feedback on the project talk page. Please let us know what you think of our project analysis; we want to hear from you! Furthermore, we hope that you will participate in the other Wikisource improvement projects, which we’ll address in the future. Thank you in advance and we look forward to reading your feedback on the project talk page!

News from the Tremendous Wiktionary User Group
editHello!
I let you this message because you are part of the (very dynamic) Tremendous Wiktionary User Group!
As the process of name change is ongoing for the Wikimedia Foundation, I invite you to participate to a collective opinion from the user group. There is also a proposal for a communique directed to the WMF. You are welcome to discuss it too. I imagine you may also express your opinion through other canals but your inputs are still welcome! Thank you in advance! Noé (talk) 15:48, 17 June 2020 (UTC)
Invitation to affiliate members to complete a survey about WMF wide Universal Code of Conduct
editHello; My name is Mervat, and I am helping the Trust and Safety team to reach out to affiliates in order to discuss the Universal Code of Conduct.
There has been talks about the need for a global set of conduct rules in different communities over time, and finally, Wikimedia Foundation Board announced a Community Culture Statement, enacting new standards to address harassment and promote inclusivity across projects.Since the universal code of conduct that will be a binding minimum set of standards across all Wikimedia projects, will apply to all of us, staff and volunteers alike, all around the globe, and will impact our work as groups, individuals and projects, it’s of great importance that we all participate in expressing our opinions and thoughts about UCoC, its nature, what we think it should cover or include and what it shouldn’t include; how it may develop, drawback or help our groups. This is the time to talk about it. As you are a valuable contributor to the Wikimedia movement, your voice counts. Before starting to draft the code of conduct, we would like to hear from you; We invite you to devote some minutes to take this survey; your answers will help us create a safer environment for all on Wikimedia:
It’s possible that you are a member of more than one affiliate; hence you may receive this survey more than once, and you may have participated previously in the discussions or filled out a previous survey during the first round of consultations about UCoC which targeted wikipedia/wikimedia communities. We apologize for this; it is really difficult to identify if a wikimedian belongs to multiple groups that work to spread free knowledge. Looking forward to your thoughts and opinions and hoping that you can respond within the next 2 weeks. If you have any questions about the surveys or difficulties accessing the link, please contact me by email (msalman-ctr@wikimedia.org)Results will be considered during the drafting process for the UCoCThank you for your participation

The 2021 Community Wishlist Survey is now open! This survey is the process where communities decide what the Community Tech team should work on over the next year. We encourage everyone to submit proposals until the deadline on 30 November, or comment on other proposals to help make them better. The communities will vote on the proposals between 8 December and 21 December.
The Community Tech team is focused on tools for experienced Wikimedia editors. You can write proposals in any language, and we will translate them for you. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing your proposals!
18:26, 20 November 2020 (UTC)
We invite all registered users to vote on the 2021 Community Wishlist Survey. You can vote from now until 21 December for as many different wishes as you want.
In the Survey, wishes for new and improved tools for experienced editors are collected. After the voting, we will do our best to grant your wishes. We will start with the most popular ones.
We, the Community Tech, are one of the Wikimedia Foundation teams. We create and improve editing and wiki moderation tools. What we work on is decided based on results of the Community Wishlist Survey. Once a year, you can submit wishes. After two weeks, you can vote on the ones that you're most interested in. Next, we choose wishes from the survey to work on. Some of the wishes may be granted by volunteer developers or other teams.
We are waiting for your votes. Thank you!

While I was looking at the bug that you submitted, I saw that there are some other issues with gadgets that appear to be broken/giving errors at ta.wikisource.org.
Would it be possible to contact somebody on-wiki with interface administrator permissions who could look into these errors and potentially fix them (since I assume those gadgets are broken/not working?)
