Hi dear Teles. In first my English is weak.

I'm blocked in faviki several time [1], and i want that tell you about them.

The end block is for 1 mounth, and the block reason is نقض قانون سه برگردان: اخلال توسط جنگ ویرایشی, and it's mean is en:WP:3RR and it's the history of article [2] that the three-revert rule don't revert by me. Then Behzad.Modares (He is administer in fawiki) delet two map that i added to article [3]

I was blocked in fawiki several time fore illogical resion, and You can see them in my talk page [4].

Hi, Ebrahimi-amir. I understand your message. I see that you can edit your user talk page while you are blocked and apparently are appealing your block, right? I hope other sysops can read your appeal and talk to you about your block. In these cases, the better thing to do is try to solve the issue locally first. Fa.wiki has plenty of active sysops and I think you should try them first. If anything goes wrong on this first trial, please write here again and I will be glad to help.
It is difficult to understand the whole problem as I don't speak the language, but maybe you can ask them to be unblocked by saying that you will avoid editing that article for a while. You can ask somebody uninvolved to mediate this conflict and keep discussing it on related discussion. Hey, Ebrahimi-amir. I'm really sorry, but I can not answer your questions. I would ask the administrator that removed the file why s/he did it. Alternatively, I would open a discussion about this removal so other local users would be able to comment on it.
Maybe the block reason doesn't involve the image itself. Maybe you were blocked because of the way it was added and removed by another user repeatedly (apparently an edit war). Fala, Luiz! Pior que não sei se posso ajudá-lo muito. O ideal é só votar se tiver segurança de acordo com seus critérios.
Eu posso ligar a páginas que referem as funções de steward, que são aquilo que os stewards vão fazer: Steward, Steward handbook
"Steward requests" resume as páginas de pedidos a stewards, onde eles vão atuar respondendo a pedidos diversos. Boa parte do que é feito não é pedida ali apesar disso (pode ser pedida em privado, através do IRC, ou pode ser feita sem pedido algum se houver razão pra isso).
É possível tentar conhecer cada candidato, revirando seu histórico. Nas páginas das declaraçoes de cada candidato há ligações interessantes sobre as suas atividades em diferentes projetos, os estatutos que possui ou que já possuiu, o que ajuda a dar uma ideia da experiência de cada um.
Sendo candidato, eu não fico à vontade para dar mais do que essas informações genéricas. Espero que elas ajudem. Acho melhor não dar sugestão, pra não influenciar seu voto. Me desculpe ter que pedir a sua ajuda, mas eu nao sou bom nos jargoes da Wiki, e tem um IP me acusando de ser "Sock" acho que e' puppet) de um outro camarada. Esta aqui (User_talk:Bruno_Leonard#Suspeita_forte_de_Socks) a historia.

Meu problema e' que eu nao sei as regras da Wikimidia. Eu nao sei qual e' procedimento para esse negocio. Sento e espero alguem entrar em contato comigo? Esse IP ( ou o Bruno) nao deveria ter me avisado dessas acoes contra mim? Vou la e explico que o IP e' doido? Qual e' o procedimento? Seria possivel, voce colocar um link para eu descobrir o que as regras da Wikimedia sobre como agir nesse caso?

Wikidata/pt

Hi Teles!

Thanks for noticing this and letting me know, I've put the correct text on that page. I decided that it would be best to use the translate extension as it is actually an easy way to see what has been translated and what still needs translating for the text on a page. All the translations which are currently in the Wikidata/* subpages were there before I migrated to the translate extension, I was just copying/pasting into the relevant sections - if only I knew so many languages!

Auto-confirmed users not working in ta.wikibooks.org

Although I have been editing there for some time and have the required number of edits etc I still do not have permission to move pages. Hi, Natkeeran. I was looking for something that could stop you from move pages. I couldn't find anything that would disallow you... nothing on Initialise Settings, nothing on a Mediawiki page or a subpage of yours, nothing even on abuse filter. I can see that you already could move pages on the past (you moved two pages in 2010 and other in 2009) and the last move log is from March 2012 done by a non-sysop user. So, it seems it was working recently and you already meet criteria unless it has changed from 2010. There may have some impediment that I don't know though.
What exactly is going on? Can you see the move button on the top of the pages? Is it happening in all pages from all namespaces?
