Spretnosti in kvalifikacije člana Odbora za gradnjo

Smernice uveljavljanja priporočajo, da imajo člani Odbora za gradnjo naslednje spretnosti in kvalifikacije:

  • So spoštovani člani skupnosti.
  • Poznajo postopke gibanja skupnosti, kot so (med drugim) priprava pravilniko, sodelovalno odločanje ter uveljavljanje obstoječih pravilnikov in pravil v projektih Wikimedie.
  • Upoštevanje in zastopanje raznolikosti skupnosti, kot so (med drugim): jezik, identiteta, geografija in vrsta projekta.

Dodatne kvalifikacije so:

  • Zaveza za celotno obdobje Odbor za gradnjo SKR od sredine maja do decembra 2023.
  • Pripravljenost za sodelovanje v težkih, toda produktivnih pogovorih.
  • Spretno komuniciranje v angleščini.
  • Možnost udeležbe na Wikimaniji 2023 za delovni sestanek; članom Odbora za gradnjo bodo povrnjeni stroški in zagotovljena nastanitev. To ni obvezno, vendar je zelo pomembno.
  • Odbor za gradnjo sestavljajo prostovoljni člani skupnosti, upravni odbor ali osebje podružnice ter osebje Fundacije Wikimedia.

Izbira članov

V skladu s Smernicami uveljavljanja bo člane Odbora za gradnjo za Koordinacijski odbor Splošnega kodeksa ravnanja izbral podpredsednik Fundacije Wikimedia za prožnost in trajnostnost skupnosti.

Kaj pomeni sodelovanje v Odboru za gradnjo SKR?

Udeleženci se morajo biti pripravljeni udeležiti sestankov, pregledati zadevne dokumente in raziskave ter sodelovati pri pripravi in izpopolnjevanju Listine o SKR. Listina o U4C mora opredeliti naslednje podrobnosti o U4C:

  • Določiti postopke, politiko in uporabo precedensov SKR.
  • Pripraviti osnutek preostalega postopka SKR.
  • Določiti vso drugo logistiko, potrebno za vzpostavitev SKR.
  • Pomagati olajšati začetne volilne postopke za SKR.

Osebje bo Odbor za gradnjo podprlo pri naslednjem:

  • Vodenje sestankov.
  • Pisanje in objavljanje zapiskov za skupnost.
  • Priprava dokumentov in raziskav, ki jih zahteva Odbor za gradnjo.
  • Omogočanje pregleda in glasovanja skupnosti o predlagani listini.

Po vzpostavitvi SKR z delom tega Odbora za gradnjo bo Odbor za gradnjo razpuščen. Časovni razpored dela Odbora za gradnjo je na voljo na strani Odbora za gradnjo v Meta-wikiju.
