My Work within the Wikimedia Movement: I have served as an organizer and workshop facilitator within the Wikimedia community Kilimanjaro.

• My focus has been on:
  • Community Development: Building and nurturing a thriving community of contributors.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Fostering the exchange of knowledge and expertise among community members.
  • Project Management: Leading and coordinating various Wikimedia projects.
  • Team Building: Assembling diverse teams to drive project success.

• Specific contributions include:
  • Overseeing the overall growth and activities of the community.
  • Coordinating the Let's Connect peer learning program across Tanzania.
  • Curating project teams comprised of individuals with complementary skills.
