Personal info: Hello everyone, after being elected as a steward last year I'm now standing for my first confirmation. I have been a Wikimedian since 2008, active in the Small Wiki Monitoring Team since 2010 and have been global rollbacker and a global administrator until I got elected as a steward. Also I'm an administrator on Wikidata and casually active on various other projects.
At some point in 2010 I started developing tools for common global vandalism fighter tasks. Due to my growing experience in these areas I later on got into the development of MediaWiki and MediaWiki extensions. Nowadays I volunteer to maintain two MediaWiki extensions related to steward tasks which are used on Wikimedia Wikis: CentralAuth and AbuseFilter. Besides, I'm working as a Wikidata developer for Wikimedia Germany.
In the past year I did a lot of technical work on global rename and on preparing the SUL finalization together with mainly DerHexer and several Wikimedia Foundation developers (mainly Legoktm). Due to the heavy involvement in technical things, I haven't been as active as some of my colleagues in other fields, but still I kept a steady rate of actions and also still did some work in the global administrator area.
My main goal for the next year is to help with finishing up the SUL finalization on both the technical and the non-technical (steward) side of things. On top of that, I'll assist my fellow stewards with other technical things and will of course stay active in various fields of steward work.
