Hello, I'm Wiki13 and I would like to apply for adminship on Meta-Wiki. I'm active in counter-vandalism, patrolling new pages and tagging pages that would qualify for deletion (I think of the 430 deleted contributions I have according to XTools, a big part probably involves tagging pages for deletion). I'm a global rollbacker and have experience with the sysop bits both from local projects (Dutch Wikipedia and Wikidata) and as a former global sysop. I deal with a lot of cross wiki vandals or LTA's moving to Meta after they get blocked elsewhere and I think it would help if I were able to clean that up myself. I also help removing links that are clearly spam crosswiki, as reported by COIBot. My intention in that area includes helping with blacklist requests such as the Spam blacklist.

For the sake of transparency: This is not the first request as you can see from the title. The previous (withdrawn) request can be found here. After reflecting back on that request I can clearly see why it failed the way it did. I have learned from that since and strive to do better.
