By definition, the List of articles every Wikipedia should have should eventually cover the sum of all knowledge.

This is a list of various macro-regional, cultural and national community initiatives to contribute to the goal.

Wikipedia here stands for whole of the Wikimedia projects constellation, as there are similar lists-based initiatives also for Wikisource and for Wikivoyage, whilst other projects structure the work differently.
