Hello, everyone. I request tool again after 7 years.

According to MSR, I can use some buttons if needed and used it usefully. But sometimes there were actions that were not included or vaguely not included in MSR(page protection, revdel for not anti-vandalism work, etc). So I requested them from other sysops if I think process really needed.

Because there are a lot of dedicated sysops on Meta, it's not a hassle. But if I can have this tool, I don't have to bother them. They will no longer need to be poked by me and I'll be able to work a bit more comfortably. If there is a change, then it can handle both meta and steward work. This will not be a burden to me. I'm ~~intern~~ and not a new user on Meta. I'm mainly locking spambot friends and open proxies, processing incoming requests. I have already been using a delete template before doing current role.

As you can see from my weird previous request, I've been admin of several projects since 2012 and I'm still doing it. Perhaps this means that I have 7+ years of administrator experiences, of course it's not that important. And no one will care, I'm A/B/C/O on kowiki.
