条件
- 编辑者
您可以从任何一个您拥有的维基媒体计划注册帐号投票。但不管您拥有多少个账户，您都只能投票一次。只有满足以下条件的编辑者才具有投票资格：
- 未超过一个项目被封禁；且
- 未在投票来源的项目被封禁；且
- 非机器人账户；且
- 在2013年4月15日之前，维基编辑数至少为300次（若您的账户整合为全域账户，则可以整合多个项目中的编辑数）；且
- 在2012年12月15日至2013年4月30日之间，编辑数至少为20次。
- 开发人员
开发人员在满足以下条件时才具有投票资格：
- 具有shell权限的维基媒体服务器管理员；或
- 具有commit权限，且于2012年5月1日至2013年4月30日之间至少有一commit被合并至git库中。
- 职员及承包商
在2013年4月30日仍被基金会雇佣的当前维基媒体基金会的职员及承包商具有投票资格。

如何投票
如果您有投票资格：
- 请阅读候选人的介绍，并决定您将支持哪位候选人。
- 去往您具有投票资格的维基项目中的“Special:SecurePoll”维基页面。例如，若您在meta.wikimedia.org最为活跃，则可去往meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:SecurePoll。
- 按照该页面的指引进行投票。
问题
Eligible voter is unable to vote
You may receive a message "Sorry, you are not in the predetermined list of users authorized to vote in this election."
Solutions
- Make sure you are logged in
- Make sure you are voting from the project on which you are most active
- If you are a developer, WMF staff member, or Advisory Board member, the Election Committee may not have been able to match you to a specific username. You should contact James Alexander to be added to the list.
- If you are still unable to vote and believe you should be able to please leave a message on the election talk page or contact the election committee at the email below.
Eligible voter wishes to change vote
Follow the same process that you did for your original vote. Note, however, that you must revote for all three elections (ombuds, FDC, and Board of Trustees). Your original votes will be discarded.
