Merhaba. Ben Murat. Vikipedi'nin durumu malum. 29 Nisan'dan beri erişime engelli. Gönderdiğiniz toplu mesajlara Kullanıcı:Tercihler bölümüne e-postamı önceden yazdığım için ulaşabildim. Gerçi ben bu Sovyetler Birliği projesine katılmayı düşünmüyorum çünkü ilgi duymadığım ve bilgi sahibi olmadığım bir konu ama şu anda daha önemli bir sorun var. Birçok kullanıcı Vikipedi'ye girebilmek, Vikipedi'de değişiklik yapmak ve Vikipedi'de diğer kullanıcılara mesaj göndermek için VPN kullanıyor ama ben Vikipedi'ye VPN'siz girmenin yolunu bulabildim. 0wikipedia.org. İnternet adresinin başına sıfır koyarak tam bir kopyaya ulaşabiliyorum. Ancak bu uyguladığım yöntemde hiçbir maddeye veya sayfaya (kendi kullanıcı mesaj sayfam dahil) yazı yazamıyorum. Ne zaman "Kaynağı değiştir" yazılı tuşa bassam karşıma bu yazı çıkıyor.

VPN ile Vikipedi'ye girip aynı engele takılan ve Vituzzu adlı kullanıcıya mesaj gönderip yanıt alamayan bir kaç Türkçe Vikipedi kullanıcısı var. Ben bu sorunu nasıl çözeceğimi gerçekten bilmiyorum. Not: Yukardaki yazıya göre benim IP adresim 128.199.41.7 olduğu için engelleniyormuşum ama ben 2 dakika önce IP adresime baktım ve 88.227.59.112 yazıyordu. İşin o kısmını bir türlü anlamadım. Block in trwiki

Hello, I'm Ahmet Turhan from Turkish Wikipedia. I have been contributing to Turkish Wikipedia for about 6 years. In this process, I have contributed more than 60,000. created more than 1000 article, 8 featured article (5 in progress), 3 good article (3 in progress). Plus I formulated and joined a lot of Wikipedia projects. I have also written Wikipedia essays, information pages and guidelines based on my own experiences on Wikipedia, which I have contributed for years. There were still articles and projects I worked with. Therefore, I think I know Wikipedia policies and guidelines. There are all my contribution.

Today, I was unfairly blocked by User:Mskyrider for 5 years. The background of the subject is as follows;

I have been contributing to the articles about the Soviet Union as a hobby for years in Wikipedia. At the beginning of 2017, I created a comprehensive complaint content that I was intensely attacked by a user named User:Maurice Flesier. It can be seen here. The content of this complaint was: insist on personal comments, harassment in the summary of changes, personal insults on the discussion pages of various articles, etc. Since then, the whole community has known its problem with me. For this reason, he has received often warnings and blocked. It can be seen here. A discussion with this user started again yesterday in article tr:Diktatör. He put the images of Hitler and Stalin in the article, and I reverse it by telling it to be discussed first by en:WP:BRD. And I wrote my reason on the discussion page. It was that: "Direct identification has been made, Such definitions should not be made from Wikipedia. Let the reader decide." Then he became aggressive and wrote the following comment on the article's discussion page: "Keep your bullshit trials for yourself and try to be a little neutral. In the meantime, take a look at how the tracking works Mskyrider." Just after, Maurice Flesier reported that I am not neutral, and therefore I should be stopped.

On the other hand, there were smear attempts of Mskyrider again for myself. It can be seen here. The majority of the community said that he was wrong here. Since then, I think he has hostility towards me. While doing this, I argue that he used his administrator power.

Due to these harassment and controversy, the fetured topics and articles I tried to create on Wikipedia have stopped. (here all of this).

As a user who has given my years to Wikipedia, I know that this barrier has been given unfairly, and that the community deserves me in such discussions. I see that Mskyrider has been blocking me for 5 years with his grudge against me. I request re-thinking his administrative qualifications with the community, the decision of the obstacle given to me be consulted by the community, discussion with other administrator and unblocking.

I removed the unblock request, as I see no point declining it to make this page ugly. I will say we at meta cannot deal with trwp blocks, do handle it via the local means. If you can email any sysops, email them if TPA is revoked there. Else I will say you can approach one here on meta (one only, please don't approach many at a time) on their talkpage for them to review. Per meta isn't an appeals court, we cannot handle appeals. Only in extreme cases where there is a gross misuse of tools by all sysops stewards then can step in, often after a global RFC give consensus to do so. Thank you for attention @Camouflaged Mirage: I think the ban given to experienced users without communication are malicious. So I have a request to investigate this in detail. Plus, I think that nobody should unfairly prevent the time we devote to Wikipedia. I can't send email another trwiki admins and can't write on my own page for ban type. Therefore I am waiting for your suggestions on what I can do.

No. Please first find a way to approach another trwp sysop to review the block on trwp (are there unblock email address that can be used?), failing which leave a message on one of their talkpage here. Selam, Türkçe Vikipedi´ye katkıda bulunmayı yıllar önce bırakmış olmama rağmen arada sırada kim ne katkıda bulunuyor diye girip bakarım. Sizin de aktif bir şekilde zamanınızı ve emeğinizi harcayarak katkıda bulunduğunuz belli oluyor. Gördüğüm kadarıyla Türkçe Vikipedi´de yine bir hizmetli terörü yaşanmış maalesef. Gerçek hayatta olduğu gibi bazı kişiler gücü ellerinde yıllarca tutmaya başlayınca sorumluluklarını unutup oldukça sahiplenici tavırlar sergilemeye başlayabiliyorlar. Vikipedi herkesin eşit bir şekilde katkıda bulunması gereken açık ve tarafsız bir platform olmaktan çok birkaç hizmetlinin sahipli malı haline dönüşüyor. Bunun sonucu olarak tamamen keyfi davranışlar sergileyebiliyorlar. Türkçe Vikipedi´deki bütün yöneticiler birbirlerini kolladığından orada bir şikayet başvurusu yapmak imkansız. Maalesef Meta´daki kâhyalar Türkçe bilmediklerinden ve pek de zamanları olmadığından işiniz biraz zor olacak ancak elinizdeki bütün imkanları kullanarak hakkınızı savunmaya devam edin.
