Requests for help from a sysop or bureaucrat (at Meta-Wiki only)

Meta-Wiki has a small active community. When a normal user requires the assistance of an administrator or bureaucrat for some particular task, it is not always easy to find one. This page helps users find one when they need one; asking specific admins directly via their talk pages is one way to elicit a fast response. It is only for assistance required at Meta-Wiki, help for other wikis needs to be requested at those wikis.

• Before posting to this page, make sure your comment doesn't belong at one of these specific request pages:
  • Requests for (translation/central notice/interface) adminship on this Meta-Wiki

massmessage sender for Want

I am 'sysop' and 'translationadmin' MediaWiki.org, and can write mass messages to talk pages of anothers translators. But not every translator has account on MediaWiki.org as main. Sometime I want send info about waiting pages, but only Meta-Wiki user with a rights of 'massmessage sender' can write the global messages to another wiki of Wikimedia farm. It's all. Preventing from adding my email address on my mini grant application.

Your edit was blocked by an abuse filter. Normally, the problem should be resolved if you use the nospam template correctly (please check the template's documentation (here) for more information. The WMDE Technical Wishes team needs to reach out to global communities in the next couple of months regarding a new feature we are developing.
