Возможно ip задело автоблокировкой при блокировании кого-либо из виртуалов. В любом случае для разблокировки адреса нужно знать конкретный ip, который блокируется.--Vladimir Solovjev 05:12, 22 July 2010 (UTC)

Please sign new Wikimedia confidentiality agreement for nonpublic information by 31 December

This is a message from the Wikimedia Foundation. Translations are available.

As you may know, the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees approved a new "Access to nonpublic information policy" on 25 April 2014 after a community consultation. The former policy has remained in place until the new policy could be implemented. That implementation work is now being done, and we are beginning the transition to the new policy.

An important part of that transition is helping volunteers like you sign the required confidentiality agreement. All Wikimedia volunteers with access to nonpublic information are required to sign this new agreement, and we have prepared some documentation to help you do so.

The Wikimedia Foundation is requiring that OTRS volunteers sign the new confidentiality agreement by 31 December 2015 to retain their access. You are receiving this email because you have been identified as an OTRS volunteer and are required to sign the confidentiality agreement under the new policy. If you do not sign the new confidentiality agreement by 31 December 2015, you will lose your OTRS access. OTRS volunteers have a specific agreement available, if you have recently signed the general confidentiality agreement for another role (such as CheckUser or Oversight), you do not need to sign the general agreement again, but you will still need to sign the OTRS agreement.

Signing the confidentiality agreement for nonpublic information is conducted and tracked using Legalpad on Phabricator. We have prepared a guide on Meta-Wiki to help you create your Phabricator account and sign the new agreement: Confidentiality agreement for nonpublic information/How to sign

If you have any questions or experience any problems while signing the new agreement, please visit this talk page or email me (gvarnumwikimedia.org). Again, please sign this confidentiality agreement by 31 December 2015 to retain your OTRS access. OTRS. Портрет Александровского.

Здравствуйте. Обращаюсь к Вам как к русскоязычному участнику, имеющему OTRS-аккаунт. Некоторое время назад я загрузил на Викисклад эту фотографию И. Ф. Александровского взятую отсюда и эту, сделанную мной, производную от неё работу, для иллюстрирования статьи о персоналии. Сейчас оба файла выставлены на удаление, как я понял, по причине того, что фотографии хоть и сделаны более ста лет назад, но опубликованы недавно. Сам я впервые сталкиваюсь с подобной ситуацией и к тому же OTRS-доступом не обладаю, поэтому, обращаюсь к Вам с просьбой посмотреть жалобу правообладателя. Очень интересно, кто в такой ситуации является правообладателем фотографии и на каких основаниях? Если конечно это не является приватной информацией. Может быть, как более опытный в этих вопросах участник, подскажите мне, что можно сдеть чтобы сохранить фото на Викискладе? И, если других вариантов нет, то можно ли закрузить его на Википедию по КДИ? Насколько мне известно, по-видимому, все другие существующие изображения Александровского являются производными от этого фотопортрета. Спасибо. --Gandvik (talk) 19:13, 6 November 2015 (UTC)

• Непростой вопрос. Насколько я в курсе, тут ситуация следующая. Фотография нигде не публиковалась и находилась в архиве (ИРЛИ РАН). Авторы сайта купили права на размещение фотографии на своем сайте и считают, что размещение этой фотографии где-то за пределами их сайта нарушают требования договора и требуют на этом основании удалить. Вопрос здесь в том, находится изображение в Общественном достоянии или нет. С одной стороны, автор изображения явно умер больше 100 лет назад, более того, оно сделано до 1917 года (Все произведения, созданные до 1917 года, автором которых был подданный той же Российской империи. СССР никогда не была правопреемником Российской империи, соответственно, формально данная фотография не попадает под действие авторского права в РФ). Но проблема в том, что одно ранее не публиковалось. В таком случае, если я правильно понимаю действующее законодательство, «Авторское право на произведение, впервые выпущенное в свет после смерти автора, действует в течение 70 лет после его выпуска». В общем, здесь вопрос в том, какой датой считать дату выпуска. Если дату первой публикации в доступных всем источниках, то в ОД фотография перейдет нескоро. Если же эта фотография ранее хоть где-то публиковалась, то она могла и успеть перейти в ОД. Но тут может быть множество нюансов. В любом случае, я бы сам не взялся решать данный вопрос. No renaming between November 20 and November 27

Hi,

You’re getting this because you’re a steward or global renamer. The Community Tech team are working on cross-wiki watchlists. We need to add a couple of fields to the localuser table in centralauth database. In order to be able to do this, we’d need to run a script that will get in the way of renaming users. Our apologies – we realize this is getting in the way of your work.

We ask that you do not rename anyone between 00:00 November 20 (UTC) and 00:00 November 27 (UTC).

(UTC means that if you live in the Americas, it will be on the evening or afternoon of November 19 when the script starts running, and if you live in Oceania or eastern Asia, it can be closer midday on November 27 before we can be sure the script is no longer running.)

URGENT: Please sign new Wikimedia confidentiality agreement for nonpublic information now

This is a reminder to acknowledge and sign the new Confidentiality agreement for nonpublic information. As you know, your volunteer role in Wikimedia projects gives you access to secure and sensitive information.

The new version includes one major change.

• There is a change regarding the way personal data may be released. Accordingly, functionaries must notify the Wikimedia Foundation at check-disclosurewikimedia.org before releasing data, in order to obtain a written approval for doing so. The Foundation will respond within 10 days. However, for emergencies, such as cases involving threats of violence, functionaries may release the personal data without such explicit permission, but they should notify the Foundation immediately following the disclosure. If they choose not to disclose the data, the request for disclosure should be forwarded to the Foundation's emergency email address (emergencywikimedia.org).

There are also some wording changes that were made to more closely align the language with evolving industry norms, best practices and laws. The most notable of these has been the change of the term "nonpublic information" to "nonpublic personal data". None of these changes are intended to make fundamental changes to the scope or practice of the policy but we know they could appear as such, hence wanted to flag them.

The aforementioned changes require users that have already signed the previous version of the policy to sign the new version as well.

We therefore ask that you to sign the updated version. Signing the agreement is tracked on Phabricator's Legalpad. Abuse sysop tools in ruwiki

Hello. I've been in the Russian Wikipedia block for over a year now. Despite numerous requests, they didn’t unblock me. I understood my mistakes. Several times I sent them messages to the mail, but they did not respond. And for some reason I'm in autoblock.The fact is that I use Wikipedia through the university's ip. Now, because of me, no one can use Wikipedia. I applied to sysops but they told me to write to arbitration. But I do not know anyone on Wikipedia to ask for this.

I want to note that I am in the block indefinitely period, and this is my first block. I think that even if I in the block at least unlock the ip address. how long will this go on?
