Hope this finds you well.
Just to tell you that I've recently arrived in Addis Ababa (as a foreign diplomat) coming from Abuja in Nigeria where I have helped to start a Wikimedia user group. I have a lot of experience in editing Wikimedia projects and if there is anything I can do to support the launching of a Wikimedia user group in Ethiopia, please let me know. We can meet over coffee any time.
This person received money to host Wiki Loves Africa 2017 in his country. There is no evidence he ever organized anything. He did not report back in spite of several reminders. He did not send back the money either. Anthere (talk) 23:37, 1 August 2018 (UTC)
