Fundraising translation feedback edit
Hey Lantuszka,
I wanted to ask for your help. As you may be aware we have been running banners on many language wikis. We have a lot of new content this year and I really want to conduct a thorough review of our translations. This is a combination of feedback from the community, readers, donors as well as those with professional translator experience. This will help us ensure the highest quality of translations used in our messaging.
To help us out with this I wonder if you would be willing to give us feedback for Polish using This Link

Call for translators edit
Hello! You received this message because last year you were involved in translating the page of Ukraine's Cultural Diplomacy Month in your language. The 2022 edition of the competition is going to start in one week, and I would like to ask whether you are interested in translating our landing page for this years' contest? - @ValentynNefedov (WMUA), i see that a lot is already translated - which is great, most of the text is same as last year. I have only a question on links from translated menu box - how to edit their links so e.g. from PL version of menu the link would be redirecting to the (already translated) relevant sub-page? i can't see the option to edit links in translated menu box, only text translation but it does not include code to link... - Hi, @Lantuszka:! There is no need to translate these links, because these links run through "Special:MyLanguage" special page, which detects your preference language and displays page in this language, of course, if translation was provided. For example, if I click on any of links in this infobox, it automatically shows me page in Ukrainian. If this does not work for you, maybe, there is a possibility to change the language here Special:Preferences, I don't know, how it works in detail. This year Wikimedia Ukraine, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Ukrainian Institute, has launched the second edition of writing challenge "Ukraine's Cultural Diplomacy Month", which lasts from 17 February to 17 March 2022. The campaign is dedicated to famous Ukrainian artists of cinema, music, literature, architecture, design and cultural phenomena of Ukraine that made a contribution to world culture.
I would like to invite you to participate again in this writing challenge! We have updated the list of suggested articles and announced new prizes for contestants to keep interest in different fields of Ukrainian culture. After two successful campaigns, Wikimedia Ukraine, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Ukrainian Institute, decided to launch "Ukraine's Cultural Diplomacy Month" in the year 2023, which will last from 1st until 31st March. The campaign is dedicated to famous Ukrainian artists of cinema, music, literature, architecture, design, and cultural phenomena of Ukraine that are now part of world heritage.
I would like to invite you to participate once again in this writing challenge! We have revised the suggested articles and announced new prizes for contestants to motivate fruitful contributions from participants. I hope to see you on board soon!
