चुनाव कमिटी

स्टिवार्डहरू आफ्नो चुनाव आफै गर्छन्। सन् २००९ मा बोर्डका विश्वासिला पात्रहरूद्वारा तय भयो कि भोटको नतिजा पछि मात्र उनीहरूले भोट नहाल्ने बारे सोच्नेछन् । त्यसैले स्टिवार्डहरूले प्रत्येक चुनावका लागि चुनाव कमिटी गठन गर्नेछन् जसमा इच्छुक स्वयंसेवीहरू रहनेछन् र निम्न अनुसारको काम गर्नेछन:

• स्टिवार्डको चुनाव बन्द गर्ने;
• प्रत्यक मतदाताको भोट मान्य थियो या थिएन जाँचेर चुनावको नतिजा प्रमाणित गर्ने;
• विजेता उम्मेदवारलाई छान्ने;
• स्टिवार्डको प्रमाणिकरण बन्द गर्ने;
• स्टिवार्डको प्रमाणिकरण भइसकेपछि सहमतिमा लैजाने र उनीहरूलाई स्टिवार्ड मान्ने कि नमान्ने कुरा यकिन गर्ने ।
