Candidates must meet the [[Special:MyLanguage/Stewards/Elections {{{year}}}/Guidelines|criteria]] and obtain at least 30 votes in favor with an 80% support ratio. निर्वाचन समिति

स्टीवर्ड्स ही अपने चुनाव करवाने की व्यवस्था करते हैं। बोर्ड ऑफ़ ट्रस्टीज (न्यासी बोर्ड) २००९ में निर्णीत हुआ जिसके अनुसार वो नये चुनाव परिणाम की पुष्टि के लिए प्रविरत रहें। अतएव, स्टीवर्ड्स प्रत्येक चुनाव के लिए एक चुनाव समिति निर्मित करते हैं जिसमें निम्न कार्यों के लिए स्वयंसेवक शामिल होते हैं:

स्टीवर्ड चुनाव समापन;
सभी उम्मीदवारों के लिए पड़ने वाले मतों की योग्यता की पुष्टि करने के बाद चुनाव परिणाम प्रमाणित करना;
चुने गये उम्मीदवारों की नियुक्ति;
स्टीवर्ड पुष्टियों का समापन;
स्टीवर्ड पुष्टि के समापन के बाद, समुदाय और स्टीवर्ड्स से मतदान को भारित करना तथा उसके बाद उनकी पुष्टि करने अथवा नहीं का निर्णय लेना।
