Designing Effective Questions - Welcome!


In this module, you will learn the basics of survey question development. Writing effective questions for a survey is not as simple as it may seem - there are many factors that can influence how someone responds to a question. We hope to uncover some of these factors in this training to help you get the information you need from your surveys.
This training will provide an overview of how to:

  • Choose between different types of questions and suitable response options
