I don't wanna create any dispute by removing rights directly. So, I left a message on his talk page requesting to remove redundant flags and of-course flood flag too. I hope he will soon removes it. For the patrollers, I didn't see much reversion of vandalism, hence, not inclined to grant. For autopatrol, I leave it for Tulsi to decide but they seems too new for it. You might want to avoid words like "wanna" and "gonna", especially when under scrutiny. Me and Davey2010 can barely get away with that, and we aren't even remotely global sysops. I would advice you to stick with "want to" and "going to". I personally don't mind, but others may hold it against you.

Global rollback and global sysop rights revoked

Dear Tulsi,

I would like to inform you your global rollback and global sysop rights have been removed due to abuse.

Few days ago, you repeatedly created an article at the English Wikipedia, even the article was previously deleted by the English Wikipedia community for not meeting the policies.

Since global rollback grants you autopatrolled right everywhere, and subsequently makes scrutiny of your edits harder, this constitutes abuse of global rollback right in order to avoid scrutiny.

Given global sysop flag needs an user to be more trustworthy than a global rollback holder, your global sysop flag was removed as well.

Should you want to acquire one or both of those rights back, you need to pass a vote of confidence, which has same rules as requesting the right for the first time.

I still think "abuse of global rollback right in order to avoid scrutiny" (because it includes global autopatrol) is a strange thing to say. You can't disable autopatrol. I don't believe this was planned. Autopatrol should have never been part of global rollback in the first place, and arguably shouldn't be part of global sysop either. Autopatrolling mw-rollback and mw-undo for those groups would be fine though, but beyond that the contributions should be patrolled or the user be granted autopatrol locally. — Alexis Jazz (talk or ping me) 09:08, 30 June 2020 (UTC)
