3 бессрочных блокировки по ошибке в литовской Википедии

Добрый день! Около недели назад 3 участника литовской Википедии (w:lt:User:Sociaken, w:lt:User:Kaulaz и w:lt:User:Nojucka) были бессрочно заблокированы по ошибке. Одним словом, администраторы подумали, что все эти 3 участника якобы являются моими куклами (см. w:ru:Википедия:Многоликость), но это не так! Вы можете в этом убедится, сравнив мой ip-адрес с ip-адресом этих кукол. Администраторам данного раздела я уже писал, но они на это никак не реагируют. TwoHorned and Risto

Hi Ruslik0,

Regarding the request at [1]. The request was rejected with the reason: Not a cross-wiki case.

However, when comparing the TwoHorned/Xsaorapa with the Risto case, then it appears as if the decision for global locks are arbitrary and not consistent.

Risto was globally locked only due to socking. Vermont explained here that Risto's lock has nothing to do with a content dispute. Vermont said, Risto's lock was in response to their creation of a sockpuppet to evade blocks on multiple projects. That is unambiguous cross-wiki abuse. Further, after their lock they continued creating sockpuppets, and are still evading their lock and blocks.

TwoHorned/Xsaorapa, on the other hand, in addition to their creation of a sockpuppet to evade blocks on multiple projects, also did the following:

• Violations of indefinite ban on English and French wikipedia and wikiquote many times with many accounts, cross-wiki disruption, multiple conduct-related blocks on their initial account, Hundreds of socks and sock IPs
• Using 2, 3 or more socks in vote stacking (several socks voting in the same vote).
• Using socks with the goal of changing the consensus in talk page discussions (several socks discussing on the same talkpage to turn the consensus in the sock's favor). Many examples, even in RfC and dispute resolution pages (for example, where two or more socks were discussing against another user in a dispute resolution!)
• Vandalism, for example deleting core content at wikidata
• Edit-warring with several socks in the same articles, Blanking and censorship vandalism, BLP violations and character assassinations of BLP people, for example of those he alleges to be Zionists, Neocons
• Personal attacks, harassment, hounding, defamation, intimidation, and stalking, spreading false and misleading claims, using socks for harassment and recruiting meatpuppets
• Creation of a hundreds of sockpuppets and IP socks to evade blocks on multiple projects, unambiguous cross-wiki abuse.

Risto did not engage in this type of extreme disruptive behaviour, Risto only had a couple of 'normal' content disputes with a few editors. TwoHorned, in addition to the same kind of cross wiki abuse as Risto, did a lot more additional abuses. But there is a discrepancy when Risto was globally locked and TwoHorned/Xsaorapa was not globally locked.

It could be understandable if both Risto and TwoHorned/Xsaorapa were locked, it would be understandable if only TwoHorned was locked, but it is not understandable that only Risto is locked. The other difference betweeen these cases is that in the case of Risto, an admin has asked for a global lock of Risto, which would mean that only requests done by admins are taken seriously? Can you please help me understand why Risto was globally locked while TwoHorned was not globally locked.

Hey there, Rusliko! Thank you for extending my admin privileges for 2 years on SqQuote. I'm struggling to keep that project alive. When you add the "removed" privileges on top of that it gets really frustrating, it feels like you have your hands tied. The idea was that the fact that the project hasn't got active users is frustrating on its own. When that fact is coupled with your admin privileges ending (the year was over and you need to reaply) it gets a lot more frustrating. But the unfair comes when after Acroterion put that answer below, I put a small comment, but Graham87 (an administrator) reversed my comment unfairly and without authorization and immediately changed my blocking settings unfairly and without authorization (He revoked my ability to edit my talk page), and then he cheated on my talk page, I think he made a mistake and I even think it was intentional, he took advantage of the fact that he is "blind and is an administrator", to try to put "see below "as an answer but he failed, because he is" blind "and the worst thing is that after Jpgordon fixed the decline review and that seemed very unfair. Now you subscribed on the silly ZOKIDIN = Никита-Родин-2002 theory; because one Vanjagenije said that? Who is Vanjagenije to tell one guy of another when they both show up via proxies? Perhaps you admins deferred to these Materialscientist’s opinions, but I assure that Materialscientist has been mistaken. We know well who ZOKIDIN is; the guy certainly has a poor command of basic Russian which is not the case for Nikita. The check established that Nikita registered as ZOKIDIN[2345], isn’t it? Possibly by his whim; it’s conceivable that Nikita deliberately framed ZOKIDIN in such way (although I have no idea about their relationship). As far as I know, nobody presented any evidence that ZOKIDIN is the master of the numbered socks. День добрый! У меня беда на eowikt. Даже не знаю как это описывать и вообще куда стучать...
Кратко:
Есть (был...) шаблон "Dialektaĵoj (germana)". Смысл шаблона очевиден. Этот шаблон был разман по всем немецким статьям.
Сегодня ночью при помощи робота из всей немецкой части вырезанано всё диалектное описание. И потом зачищен сам шаблон.

Там затронуты больше 500 статей. Это на фоне пары тысяч других вполне полезных и бесполезных, но не вредных, изменений.
Когда я ручками отменяю 500 изменений в в эсперанто части, в славянской части или там где хоть как-то ориентируюсь, то это пол-дня в мусор, но починить можно... А здесь ситуация такая, что я это сам не починю. :(

Что делать?

ПС: вариант написать запрос стюардам как-то у меня сомнения вызывает. Уже был вараинт - Steward_requests/Miscellaneous/2021-11#massive_substitution_of_the_content_of_private/personal_messages_at_eo.wiktinary - ну, блокирнули робота на месяц, но никто ничего не откатил. Что там Billinghurst указал сделать - до лампочки. И для этого тоже есть пример - целый RfC про снос 150++ статей, тянется больше двух месяцев, за которые снесены и сносятся статьи дальше. А результата всё нет. Есть только игры - найди что снесено за ночь. Хотя вру, результат есть - слово "странный" и его переводы считаются теперь оскорблением и его использовать нельзя.

Как человек, имеющий опыт и статус администратора, судя по активности, прямо на текущий момент имеющий время отвечать на вопросы и отвечающий, ну, и русскоязычный, что экономит какое-то время на исключении гуглопереводчика из цепочки общения и уменьшает вероятность непонимания, вы могли бы дать совет, куда конкретно и в какой форме писать запрос по конкретной проблеме.
Именно в моём случае - локальный проект eowikt не имеет собственного администрирования, то есть другой администрации, кроме Мета. Мне, собственно, больше обращаться некуда.
