WV Logo
editThanks for the new version. Looks much better with the smaller globe. I gave the arrows a little bit more space as well:
What do you think? -- Arne (akl) (talk) 19:50, 7 October 2012 (UTC)
- I like it, thank you. I asked that we can change proportion of the elements. I think about new version, if arcs be red-blue-red-blue as natural compass (rhumb). 3 on left arc, 3 on right arc, 2 under blank zone. Or it's will more mottled? Option 2: change globe on earth view with oceans and continents. Thank you for your advices. Digr (talk) 04:35, 8 October 2012 (UTC)
- Not sure if I understand your idea for the new version. Option2 sounds worth trying - in order to have less similarities to the meta logo. Main challenge: which part of the earth should be on display? -- Arne (akl) (talk) 08:26, 8 October 2012 (UTC)
- Atlanic ocean with America and Europe, ок North hemisphere as Wikinews logo. Digr (talk) 09:13, 8 October 2012 (UTC)

My proposal for your proposal :)
editHi Digr, I like your version 0.4, but thought it could look better with rotating the outter ring. What do you think? Of course this is only a draft and needs clean up and more, perhaps also some colour changes and/or some other slightly changes. What do you think? Wikivoyage I would be pleased if you could add it to your proposals. With best regards --Pilettes (talk) 14:49, 11 October 2012 (UTC)
- Hi! I like the first and the second logos. I'd use colors like those or those (green and blue are the Earth colours). What do you think? -- Yiyi (talk) 11:11, 11 November 2012 (UTC)
- I like green and blue. Digr (talk) 13:57, 11 November 2012 (UTC)

Wikivoyage logo proposal
editHi, Digr. :) Another editor would like for your earlier proposal, File:WV logo v28.png, to be considered in the new logo selection process. I've had to withdraw it for now to seek your permission, since the rules require that the creator agree to the submission rules. Can you please let me know if you are willing to submit this logo for consideration under those rules and agree to those terms? --Maggie Dennis (WMF) (talk) 13:36, 14 July 2013 (UTC)
- Oh, and this one, too. :) That would also grant permission (on your behalf) for File:WV logo v25 v2.png and File:WV logo vSven v1.png. I'd have to make sure it was okay with Sven, too. --Maggie Dennis (WMF) (talk) 13:45, 14 July 2013 (UTC)
- I agree. Digr (talk) 03:44, 16 July 2013 (UTC)
The 2021 Community Wishlist Survey is now open! This survey is the process where communities decide what the Community Tech team should work on over the next year. We encourage everyone to submit proposals until the deadline on 30 November, or comment on other proposals to help make them better. The communities will vote on the proposals between 8 December and 21 December.
The Community Tech team is focused on tools for experienced Wikimedia editors. You can write proposals in any language, and we will translate them for you. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing your proposals!

We invite all registered users to vote on the 2021 Community Wishlist Survey. You can vote from now until 21 December for as many different wishes as you want.
In the Survey, wishes for new and improved tools for experienced editors are collected. After the voting, we will do our best to grant your wishes. We will start with the most popular ones.
We, the Community Tech, are one of the Wikimedia Foundation teams. We create and improve editing and wiki moderation tools. What we work on is decided based on results of the Community Wishlist Survey. Once a year, you can submit wishes. After two weeks, you can vote on the ones that you're most interested in. Next, we choose wishes from the survey to work on. Some of the wishes may be granted by volunteer developers or other teams.
We are waiting for your votes. Thank you!
