ContribuLing 2023
ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම
ලෝකයේ කතා කරන භාෂා වලින් අඩක් පමණ යූනෙස්කෝ සංවිධානය විසින් අවදානමට ලක්වන හෝ විනාශයට ලක්වන බව සලකයි. කෙසේ වෙතත්, සුළුතර භාෂාවක පැවැත්ම තීරණය කිරීමේ ප්‍රධාන සාධකයක් වන්නේ එහි දෛනික ජීවිතයේ භාවිතා වන ඩිජිටල් මෙවලම්: යතුරු පුවරු, හඬ හඳුනාගැනීමේ මෙවලම්, සෙවුම් යන්ත්‍ර ආදිය වේ. මෙම මෙවලම් සංවර්ධනය කිරීම සඳහා විශාල භාෂා දත්ත සංඛ්‍යාතකරණය කිරීම අවශ්‍ය වේ (ලක්ෂණ, ශබ්දකෝෂ, කථන සහ ලිඛිත සංස්ථා, ඔන්ටෝලජී ආදිය), ඒ අනුව කථිකයන්ගේ දායකත්වය ද ඇතුළත් වේ. මේ සඳහා පහසුකම් සපයන ව්‍යාපෘති ගණනාවක් මෑත වසරවලදී ආරම්භ කර ඇති අතර, ඒවායින් බොහොමයක් මීට පෙර ContribuLing සංස්කරණවල ඉදිරිපත් කර ඇත. මෙම වේදිකා වල පැවැත්ම නිසා ඇතැම් ක්‍රමවේද ගැටලු මතු වී ඇත:
- කථිකයන්ගේ ක්‍රියාකාරී දායකත්වය දිරිමත් කිරීම සඳහා කුමන උපාය මාර්ග අනුගමනය කළ යුතුද?
- How should we use the collected data to create tools that are adapted to the needs of the speakers’ communities?
Event
The 2023 edition of the ContribuLing conference, co-organised by INALCO, Wikimédia France and the BULAC, will take place on May 12th 2023 online and in Paris (France). This third edition encourages proposals focusing on the methodological issues of contribution, while remaining open to any proposal aiming to strengthen the digital presence of minority languages.
