request for unbanning of my ip range

i emailed stewards for an unbanning of my ip range and they sent me to srg but since thats protected i am making a request here to unban my ip 2600:387:5:805::/64 which is in a blocked range 2600:387::/44. the range block has too much collateral especially since global blocks ban account creation and of the ten wikis it was blocked on at least three allowed account creation (wikitionary, enwiki and ptwiki). i think there is too much collateral and request that the global block on that large of a range is lifted. note thats my range on every wiki except meta where its this 107.77.225.65 02:19, 1 February 2024 (UTC)

I hope this is the page where this request should be written. In the Hebrew Wikipedia, a vote to remove bureaucrat user:Dovno rights has ended. The vote ended with the following results: A total of 149 voting .42.3% voted for removal. 57.7% voted iagainst. see here

Chinese Wikipedia SPI clerk nomination

Dear Stewards,

It has been two years since the SPI noticeboard opened on Chinese Wikipedia. I am thrilled to present you with one proposed new SPI clerk, 94rain (talk · contributions · deleted user contributions · recent activity · logs · block log · global contribs · CentralAuth), to the team. They have received multiple endorsements from community members, SPI clerks and sysops.

Just like last time, the clerk nomination is to be made public here at the Stewards' noticeboard for seven days before taking the position, in case any stewards would have any opinions on the credibility of the above users. They will take their position as SPI clerk from March 6, 2024 if no opposing opinions arise.
