Endorsment from AKibombo (talk) edit

I have observed and participated in a number of initiatives that have been led by Bukola James and I trust she is a very capable leader being a librarian and a Certified Trainer of Trainers. This particular initiative speaks to a problem we have long observed but I am glad to endorse it as it is a practical solution and a win-win for both librarians and libraries.

As gateways to knowledge and culture, libraries play a fundamental role in society. The resources and services they offer create opportunities for learning, support literacy and education, and help shape the new ideas and perspectives that are central to a creative and innovative society. Documenting information about libraries in Nigeria is very important because it will help to improve articles about these libraries and also introduce the librarians to wikimedia projects in Nigeria.
