Create new item based on another item

Problem: Every time an item is created, we have to remake by hand all the information. We could use another item as a template when creating, cloning it and then changing the relevant information (like, for example, coordinates).

Who would benefit: Wikidata users that don't use extensively bots or tools. Data would be more coherent in this way, also.

Proposed solution: Having a clone button on each item.
