Blocked IP Address

Hello @Tks4Fish:, I saw that you recently blocked this IP address. It just happened out of nowhere last week and it said that I use a proxy server, hence the block. But I just double checked my browser and PC settings and found no use of a proxy server. Additionally, I changed my IP address from automatic to manual so that it would be fixed and would not change by itself randomly. I am hoping that you could unblock my IP address as I already have 2,500+ edits, 4 articles created, never had any editing violations, and am an autoconfirmed user on my account Nintendoswitchfan. Edit pages show that my IP address was blocked for a month by Tks4Fish with the supplied reason "Open proxy." Meanwhile, an admin who responded to my UTRS ticket says that the "IP address that you are editing from belongs to a peer-to-peer network of anonymous proxies." I have never changed any of my internet settings. I have been using the same network for almost three years already. I'm not even using nor familiar with what a proxy is.

Chepele21: ¡Hola! La IP 190.6.48.9 actualmente no está bloqueada, pero ha sido bloqueada varias veces por la presencia de proxies P2P (más info aquí: No_open_proxies/P2P/es). Usar el servicio Psiphon no debería ser problema mientras esté desactivado. Sin embargo, existen otros tipos de "cambiadores de IP" gratuitos que convierten tu propia IP en un proxy para otros, lo cual es un riesgo de seguridad. Si no utilizaste ese tipo de software, el problema se debe a que otro usuario lo hizo con esa misma IP previamente.
