Hi. I noticed that you just created an user page to an account that doesn't exist, User:Cindy WMFr. How did that happen? Let the user create the account first, and preferably the user creates his/her own user page after that. -- Tegel _(Talk) 07:09, 10 April 2017 (UTC)
