Title blacklist

Since WMF went to global account names, the only effective place to blacklist usernames within the WMF-central login is here at meta via the above page, so requests should be added to Talk:Title blacklist. The commentary about locally applying was probably seen as being for an article/page which local communities still would be the expected first use for local problems.  — billinghurst sDrewth 07:43, 6 December 2017 (UTC)
