Make a mobile application for Wikivoyage
- Problem: No official mobile app for a travel-focused resource like Wikivoyage
- Proposed solution: Creating a similar mobile application created for Wikipedia for Wikivoyage.
- Who would benefit: Travelers
- More comments: People on the go often use their smartphones to stay informed. Wikivoyage is a great resource for travelers, but it needs to be easier to reach its target audience.

Discussion
- Creating a new mobile application from scratch is out of scope for our team, but we'll advertise it in our Larger suggestions category so it can still get broader attention. Thanks for participating in the survey, MusikAnimal (WMF) (talk) 22:52, 27 January 2022 (UTC)
- I don't think this is a good idea. The Wikipedia mobile apps are already problematic, and I think it would be better to get rid of them and just focus on improving mobile web. Tol (talk | contribs) @ 02:46, 4 February 2022 (UTC)
- Think about supporting OsmAnd~ that is a FLOSS multiplatform navigator with a nice Wikivoyage offline support. --Valerio Bozzolan (talk) 17:04, 11 February 2022 (UTC)

- Support 3rd party applications like the open source OsmAnd already integrate Wikivoyage as a feature. A dedicated app could help increase visibility. --Mbrickn (talk) 16:37, 29 January 2022 (UTC)

- Oppose Creating mobile apps for web sites instead of making web sites more mobile-friendly is not the way to go. Silver hr (talk) 16:54, 3 February 2022 (UTC)
- Oppose I think it is better to invest in the mobile version of the website. That seems like a more durable investment. —TheDJ (talk • contribs) 09:13, 4 February 2022 (UTC)

- Oppose No more problematic dedicated mobile apps, already enough with the much botched Wikipedia app. Besides, Wikivoyage is ugly in all modes, and very unfit for its stated purpose - probably should be entirely redesigned. This is not a solution. - Darwin Ahoy! 20:48, 4 February 2022 (UTC)
