Decision
editDuring the official discussion (via email) of 29 April 2019, the Members of WikiDonne User Group, unanimously decided:
To endorse the candidacy of Nataliia Tymkiv at the election of the Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation (WMF), for the reasons below:
- Nataliia is a very active member of the community, not only at the "institutional" level, but also concretely on projects.
- She is seriously engaged in stuff we care: diversity, community health, harassment.
- Nat gained expertise during the last three years as member of the Board of Trustees and as AffCom liaison. Especially on a topic our affiliates need to learn more: governance.
- WikiDonne interacted with her during many on person and on line events (Wikimedia Conferences, Wiki Women Camp, Wikimedia Diversity Conference, CEE Meeting Conferences in Warshaw and Lviv, CEE Spring).
- You will never hear Nat saying I, but always we.
For all these reasons WikiDonne Nataliia.
The decision is unanimous and final. The decision is confirmed by the signatures of WikiDonne User Group members , below.
