Unblock request declined This blocked user has had their unblock request reviewed by one or more administrators, who has/have reviewed and declined this request. Request reason: I am the new user of Wikimedia. Today I have tried to create a Page. But my IP & User is suddenly getting blocked. Kindly unblock my IP and A/C.
