Hello, thanks for helping out here for anti vandalism. The IP is likely to be a long term abuser and there's always people removing stuffs from Vermont page. I usually don't warn them but just rollback and speedy (if they remove I'll just rollback) until an admin block them. It's quite useless to warn them and on the occasional times I really did, they vandalize the warning instead. There's also templates to use, such as {{test1}} to 4 as well as {{spam}} for spam.
