Ticket merge

I noticed you merged ticket:2016040410015207 and another ticket together. Please think twice before performing a merge, it is an irreversible action. I have split the ticket back, however it is not the same. This merge was inappropriate because there was two different customers and while they may be related to one individual, they both served different purposes. Hi, @Riley Huntley: I thought one was the followup to the other, so it would be convenient for the reviewing OTRS agent to see the whole issue at once, otherwise the reference to transferring the copyright to Riley Huntley would be a bit baffling, since there's no antecedent and no context. This would have been better in the form of a note. It's not really all that baffling, I could not have taken said pictures because they were of myself and therefore proof is needed. Thanks for understanding. Riley Huntley (talk) 22:59, 14 April 2016 (UTC)
