Did you learn German from your work with that Germany company? People can help with user language information for your user page to facilitate multilingual cooperation.
I'll drop a link here to some evergreen discussions on a crucial aspect of WMF HR, i.e. how to make sure that WMF staff can be effective from day one by being able to work with all relevant Wikimedia folks (most of which will be volunteers and/or people outside WMF). It usually starts by knowing that someone is (or is not) working with the WMF, so people spend a lot of effort trying to find out: Talk:Wikimedia_Foundation_reports#Staff, Wikimedia Foundation contractors, Template:WMF Staff.
