Malay Wikiquote

Hi, I suggested approval for Malay Wikiquote. However, I highly recommend that you should fix translations of the most used messages and MediaWiki messages to 100%. Currently, there are 99.79% and 94.10% of translated messages respectively. Please, don't do things like this one. This is the best way how to delay approval of some project indefinitely. Without information that the project is not approved, it won't be approved ever. --Millosh
